1. How do I order your piano courses?
There are four easy ways to order our
courses.
- By using credit card - you can order
the course from our website directly. It is fast and secure.
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard,
American Express, and Discover.
- By PayPal – when you order our course
from our website, you have the options to pay by credit card
or by PayPal. Choose PayPal option if you want to use PayPal.
- By money order – we accept money order
issued by US banks or international banks. Please complete the
order form and mail it with the money order to us. Here is the

- By using Western Union - Go to
www.WesternUnion.com
and locate the offices in your city. With Western Union, you
have a choice of using money order or wire transfer. You can
send /wire the payment to Yoke Wong. Please email us your
transaction ID (if you choose to wire the payment via Western
Union) along with your address so that we can ship the product
to you.
2. If I order the course from you, how
do you ship my order?
We offer free shipping for the orders which are $99 and more.
For the customer living inside the United States, we use media
mail. It usually takes five business days to deliver the
package. For international customers, we use USPS (United States
Postal Service) 1st Class Mail International. It usually takes
10 to 15 business days which depends on the country you live. If
you have a special requirement on the shipping, please contact

4. What is your return policy?
We offer 30 days money back guarantee. If
you do not find our product satisfactory, you may return the
product within 30 days for a full refund except shipping and
handling cost. We have sold thousands of copies and have a

5. Do you have offices in cities
outside US?
No, we don’t have offices in the foreign countries. Our main
office is in California, USA. We ship everything from our
fulfillment center located in McHenry, Illinois, USA. If you
